I am an ex employee of Lowe's I worked there for well over a year and put in a lot of time and effort. I took my job seriously and went out of my way to prove that. I came to work sick with the flu or any other illness and waited until i was sent home verses calling in to work.
The time where I had to call and not be at work for a few days was when I had gone to the doctors after acquiring a head injury. I came back to work a few days later with my doctors note that I handed to HR i worked that day and the next day and got fired a few days later for absenteeism. even though I had a doctors note the store manager told me it didnt matter.
I was out with a head injury did they seriously think that I was able to perform my daily tasks when i was constantly dizzy and blacking out ?
horrible treatment to their employees. and If i was so wrong that I got fired how come i am the only one from that store who had fired who was approved for un employment??? no one else got it in that store the hr manager prides herself in fighting unemployment but they knew they were wrong and didnt fight me 30f6d49

OSHA should pay more attention to this company where employe health is put at risk every day: treated lumber cut inside the store, no over time after 40 hours, safety violation by discarding paint, gas, cleaners in the compactor, florescent, light, employes handling customers info and credit cards info, no training for the employes, HR policies breach by not doing interviews and hiring their friends, unbalance ratio of different races.
to the sea of seamless is what this company is going.
what do you think happened when spiff whats cut, staff reduce, mod fired, customers see this and they leave, employees don't treat customers right, yeah their aisle look bigger and cleaner but there is no help in the store while the home depot down the block has 3 employes helping in one department.
lowes is going the same path circuit city went, self inflected wounds, employes bringing down the company little by little

Oh, and if you want to see what it would be like if the King of England came into your store come visit on the day that the district guy comes through... I thought they were going to throw rose peddles in front of him. So out of touch... .. you prepare for days when you find out that the big wig is going to walk through your store.. If they spent that much time and energy on customer service they would see their numbers go up !! I guess if you don't know any better that world is ok..
My new store managers are not ego maniacs.
They need to get rid of that guy so the whole store will work like it should !

of the longer term employees and they need to cut payroll.
They will find a way to fire you as they did me after 5 years.
I have never been written up in my life at any job and at Lowes they created write ups in order to fire me.

Vallejo lowes is so ghetto and the new airfield store gave a position to a guy named gorge in garden which don't know squat about plants which cost a bundle.
only time these stores function correctly is when they find out the have a walk by the big wigs. that is sad i hope lowes goes out of business for treating Americans like trash and waste hard working Americans time. why do i say that because everyone in the real world knows time is money .
Scotts. miracle gro are rude people who come into stores who want you to by there expensive soil. i had a advocate named James come into the store and start using profanity in front on customers. Any results nooooooo poor work ethics.
so next time you shop at these. store leave and lets put small pop n mom shops back to business
non working Americans earning income at lowes thanks to hard working people.
Management teach your workers to pick up a broom and stop the chattering.
