First off, I like Love Culture because of their cheap clothes.Unfortuntaly I have to find another store.

I purchased a pair of boots online and not more then 24 hours later, they went on sale. You would think because of the time frame i purchased them, they would offer me the discounted price. Hahah ya right. I was told to return the boots and re order them with the sale price...........doing so would cause me to pay more shipping and handling and after that, i would end up paying the same original price for them with the S & H so why would i do that?

The first couple times i spoke with customer service, i asked to speak with a supervisor as i wasnt making a ridiculous request. i was told i would get a call back. Not only did i have to call back but i called 4 times and wrote a couple emails to which the reply was the supervisor was away and just returned. Really?

because now its been a week and i still havent heard anything.

after my final email to them stating that not only are their clothes cheap but now their customer service is reaching that low, only did i then get a reply (not from the supervisor) stating because i purchased them a day before they went on sale, they would not offer me the sale price.so all in all, there are no real supervisors and good luck returning anything to them as their return policy sucks and if something goes on sale one day after you purchased it, sucks for you 30bcb72

You don't deserve the discounted price.

She may have bought them online but every brick and mortar store will refund the difference to you with in the first few days of purchase. Hot topics refund almost 100 dollars to me when I purchased from them online and then found it in the store next day on sale. Love Culture is a foreign owned company who think that customers are not there to support them but that customers should be grateful they are there to sell to the general public. Most Asian business owners have that mentality.

had problems with the store too, they are really poor when it comes to customer service, they are cheap clothes but low class...you get more service from a walmart. They are really pathetic. They sell cheap clothing to the masses so they dont feel they need the customer service.

You agreed to buy the boots at the listed price. It doesn't matter if they went on sale the day after. An hour after or even a minute after. You agreed to pay that price.

Things go on sale, it happens. Would it occur to you to demand a refund at the grocery store because the price of spaghetti sauce drops $0.30?
