I began being garnished in December of 2011...25% out of each check, without any notices of any kind.When I phoned their office to find out what this was about and who the creditor was and to let them know im a single mother and my income is the only one in our household and I could not survive having that much taken out of my check.

($12, 400 garnished from 12/2011-12/2012)....the female laughed at me and informed me it wasnt her problem and hung up the phone!Ive attempted several other times to contact their office.....I still have no idea why im being garnished and who the creditor is....or even worse....HOW MUCH THEY ARE PLANNING TO TAKE BEFORE THEY ARE DONE! 30f6e39
