SweetJack banner ad $12 LED dog collar.Ordered dec 14, constacted sweetjack(off) who said all orders been shipped by Liveitnexus.
No product and cant contact liveitnexus -- they dont answer ever. also submitted online complaint form with liveit --no response. Hate both companies now and both will get Better Business Bureau complaint if I can find thier friggin address. I also hate BBB cause I've complained about other companies a few times before and they were no help at all.
Lesson learned -- dont order anything from banner ads -- stick to amazon or other big name merchandisers.Dont buy form these guys -- you wont get your stuff. 2f6163a

Our records indicate that rcurrier purchased their 75% LED Dog Collars deal on 12/14/12.
The deal page for this offer included specific shipping details that read, “Please allow two to four weeks for shipping from LiveitNexus".
Rcurrier contacted SweetJack on 12/31/12 to inquire about delivery status. On 12/31/12, we advised him that orders had been shipped; however, if he had additional questions about shipping confirmation, he could contact LiveItnexus via the phone number or contact form they provided.
On 1/2/13, Rcurrier replied and indicated that he was dissatisfied as he had not received his product and had been unable to reach LiveItNexus. On 1/4/13, we at SweetJack replied and reminded him of the aforementioned two to four week shipping time frame that was included on the deal page. We also explained that LiveItNexus ships from Canada and all shipments must pass through Customs.
We have encouraged rcurrier to contact us should he have any additional questions.
