I recently wrote how Litton Loan and Ocwen should go to jail for theft.This is a follow up on the status!.

My husband and I continue to make our mortgage payments monthly without statements sent to us". We continue to receive harassment phone calls stating we are months behind when we have not missed any and faxed them every receipt and proving Little and Ocwen Servicing have got our money:. Whose pockets is the money in, ,. We have been waiting 8 days since our 2 page and 2 years worth of mortgages made on time..

They have 20 days to respond|. Should they choose to do nothing, we have another government agency waiting to help without charging us any fees:. God Bless all that are going through the same thing,.

Litton sold our Mortgage to Ocwen , last fall 2011, I have told them how their records are WRONG, they kept saying we were behind, well then they started to hold my checks and Not cash them, end of Junes 2012 payment they just sent back to me Aug.6th, now they say Im in Default, wont except anything But what THEY say is Full payment. I went through my Bankstatements from last year FOUND where I still paid Litton for Aug. & September 2011, Ocwen says those Payments were supposed to go to them. Litton was the one who gave me the info for Ocwen because I had Not even received a Bill from them to Tell me WHO to Pay. Now Ocwen says they are Right and Im wrong but Litton got my Payments???

OMG I am having the same problems with this jack legg company.
Daily Phone calls and no answeres to my questions. I have bank statements that go back 3 years and they still insist that i have missed a payment. They origionally told me it was the First payment.
