Before Litton sold my loan to OCWEN.I was approved for the loan modification in 2010, but I never received the detail breakdown of what I was approved for.

For my surprise, I got a 1098 with a 10,000 incentive that I'm responsible for paying taxes for. When I called Litton Loan to see where the money went they told me it went toward the principle, late fee, and past due amount of the loan. I only was behind by one months and my late fee were no more than 500 dollars. My principle from my 2010 balance never went down!.

If any the amount I owed them was less than $2,500/. What happened to the other $7,500? I ask them to send me a break down and they said they were going to mail it to me and as of today 12/27/2012 I’m still waiting for the break down,. I Never received the breakdown so I kept calling them and they kept telling me the same thing (they were going to mail it to me):.

Now that Litton Loan sold my loan to OCWEN, I can't get a anyone on the phone from that company (Litton Loan)". I'm now stock with paying the government taxes for an incentive I never got and Litton Loan took most of that money!. They should be responsible for paying the taxes since they took most of the money?.

Litton Loan are a bunch of thief and they owe me money from the incentive I was approved since I'm now stuck with paying the taxes..If anyone have had this experience, please let me know what should I do at this point? 3884267
