LITTON SOLD OUT TO OCWEN AND DID NOT GIVE THEM MY CORRECT BALANCE ON MY LOAN.I PAID MY LOAN OFF RIGHT BEFORE THEY SOLD TO OCWEN AND THEY DID NOT SHOW IN MY BALANCE A PAYMENT OF 19,601.87 WHICH PAYED MY LOAN OFF IN FULL.

IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. NOW MY CREDIT IS BAD AND MY HOME IS ABOUT TO BE IN FORCLOSURE. WHAT CAN I DO??

HELP ANYONE??IF WE ALL GET TOGETHER AND OBTAIN ONE LAWYER WE COULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST LITTON AND OCWEN FOR FRAUD AND DISTORTION. 389c6d3

Litton re-aged a loan I defaulted on in March of 2003. I have spent the last 2 years fighting with them (and Ocwen), and their only response has been to change the DoFD, yet again, to another incorrect date. They also changed the type of loan from a 'Second Mortgage' to a 'First Mortgage', in order to have more of an impact on my credit reports. This item should have been removed over 2 years ago, but now it is set to remain until 2017.

All the attorneys I have contacted express disinterest, because they do not feel my case will make them any money. I am not looking for money, I simply want this item off my credit.
