Everything that every other pissed off consumer has state "DITTO" and then some.Tryed and tryed to do a loan modification when the market took a turn.

I was in the mortgage business, husband in advetising with builders and contractors. We got wrecked, double slammed, knocked deep in the dirty when the market started to crash - anyway, to no avail Litton strung us along on and on with a modification, to tell us no, couldn't help etc..... thrown out of our home, 2 kids, no family in the state, no help or support :( Did I forget to mention the way our loan was structured - I was listed as primary income earner. I was a stay at home with my kids at the time.

He, was the income earner and not even put on the loan? I didn't make any money, no job? Fraud, e-signatures - LAW SUIT - I'm asking for some help, direction from thoughs of you thathave been threw this.
