I ordered shower head from Light In The Box without realising they are based in China.The site doesn't make this clear.
The item incurred import charges of £30, almost half the value of the item.The website strapline is "One World One Price", only half of that proposition holds true.The website should make it clear where the distributor is based to ensure that buyers are therefore aware that import charges may apply for their country.I accept that Light In The Box are not responsible for identifying specific import duty levies for each order at the time of order. 3036c01
