Wow, ANOTHER SCAM... Life Time Fitness Alpharetta,
I signed up for a membership and I was told that I could cancel within 14 days if I wanted to.
Then when I cancelled oon the 12th day they told me because I owed 1 month from my memebrship 4 years ago in Florida. So as this wasn't explained to me I was livid when I was told the 130 dollars to join would not be given back to me.
I tried to call several times and was put on hold .... even by the manager a few times.
They obviously HAVE NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER......
I WAS TRICKED AND THEY KNEW IT !!!
Waiting for the manager - Chris Weiner to call me back.... 3rd call made already and no return 388ebef
