They treat their employees like dirt.They expect you to be there night and day.

Holidays do not exist there, and you do not get payed for working holidays. Here is an example, work on Christmas Eve, come back on Christmas day after a break. As an employee of the spa they rob you blind, then charge you to do a service on yourself. Take their cut, plus charge outrageous shop charges.

They make you come to meetings late at night. They do not let you use personal time off that you have earned when you want on holidays.

They are terrible.DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. 38a727a

I too worked for LTF in the member sales department. Not only was I treated like absolute ***, but you basically had to kiss a** to get anything done. The pay structure is out of this world ridiculous! You either get commission or minimum wage. My commission was stolen by my manager on multiple occasions bc they have to sign off on each sale.

The worst employer I have ever had and I was management it's about money and nothing more if you believe the *** they try and feed you your as *** as they are it all boils down to the stock holder
