On September 19, 2010 I swerved to miss a deer and wound up hitting a ditch and a tree.It took the adjuster 3 days to finally get to my house.

I drove my boyfriends truck for 2 weeks waiting for the insurance check (since I owned the truck they were just suppose to send me the check for $6,000), so that I could take the car to a body shop of MY CHOICE. After those 2 weeks I finally got a rental car, but still no check from Liberty Mutual. It took them an additional 2 weeks to send the check because they couldn't find the Body shop in their system. After 30 days my rental car coverage was up but my truck still wasn't ready.

I had to call and complain for hours to Liberty Mutual since it was their fault I had the rental for so long.They finally paid an extra week on the rental car, but after that I quit paying my policy and instead of cancelling my policy they put me in collections saying I owed them an additional $90!!!! 305660c
