Lexis Nexis - LexisNexis still won't correct their mistake

My got in an accident in 08 in his car.I am fortunate that I have never got into an accident or any tickets but for some strange reason my brothers accident is on my report.

All we share is the same last name that's it. After calling them they were not at all understanding and just plain a**.

They claimed that it is not in their system but I have the paperwork with their name on it.They're not there for the consumer so what's the point of having a if they don't want to help or correct there mistake. 31186ae

It's probably not LexisNexis making the mistake, it's whoever they got the data from. If you can find the original source you'll probably be good.
