we had our front end alignment the week before.While there we ordered new tires to be mounted and blalanced.

(SKU133095 215/17) We were notified our tires where in and headed out Sat afternoon!. We arrived at approx 1:15 pm and were informed it would be about 45 to 1 hr wait, after we had waited for 2 1/2 wait our name was called'. It seems that the tires ordered were the wrong ones and were asked if we would like to have a different tire that would still be the same with a 60 thousand mile warranty'. They did have our car ready in a record amount of time after agreeing with them to go ahead with the tires offered|.

When going to the front desk to pay our bill we were informed our now tires would only be a limited 35 thousand mile warranty?. They put Mastercraft M+5 215/55R17 Which is not what we were offered,. We were Cooper's at 60 thousand mile warranty !.

I would like you to know that we have always dealt with Les Schwab and had excellent service and tires and alignment's and brake service;.But after this week end we will no longer deal with you. 2fc39a1
