I accepted charges for a collect call off of a pay phone which was only a local call.So I went through the whole little shpeel of "do you wish to accept charges." I did however the call did not go through, and I did not even talk to my cousin.

I thought my debit card wasn't good since it asked for credit. 2 days later, I see a charge on my transaction report which listed this collect call at $10.45. I didn't even get through the call, so they completely jipped me. I talked to my cousin and she said the call was disconnected on her end.

I was like wow! Cuz I blew up on her aahh I accepted her call and she hung up on me.

I have been trying to get through to Legacy, I've been calling for the past half an hour.They've been open since 7 in the morning. 2fb69c3
