Since I enrolled my son in this daycare it has been nothing but problems, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were just opening, I had a lot of patience at first. The last couple of weeks have been dreadful and unacceptable.
First, I picked my child up from working an 8 hour shift and he was still in the diaper I dropped him off in. I know this because I have a different brand of diapers at home than I do at the center, because I noticed they were giving my diapers that I bought for my child to other children. Second, I made a complaint to the owner and she automatically went to the defense, telling me there was no way that could have happened. Third, my son is going to be gone for a month I let the owner know this a month in advance and she explained to me if I still want to keep his spot I have to pay.
I am ok with paying a small fee to hold his position for the month, but not paying the whole month as if he were there that is just rediculas!. Lastly, I bring my son in this morning before I go to work and she begins to confront me on the fact my sons diaper was never changed, and the previous complaint i had made about the attitude of one of her employees, also about my not wanting to pay a month of service for my son when hes not there/. She was very disrespectful and childish, She said if I was unhappy I was more than welcome to leave, by this point I was already late for work'. As im gathering my sons belongings and walking out the door she says I still owe her money(which i dont, i have receipts to prove it), and if I try to go to another daycare she is going to tell them anything she can to keep them from accepting my child, then she goes on saying my son is a cry baby, and she has had numerous complaints about him..
My son is not even 2 years old! This is the first daycare he has been in, its just been him and I since he was born, he was just starting to get used to being around other people, and from what the staff told me he was extremely better than when he first started and he stopped crying as soon as I would walk out the door;. Or he didnt cry at all mostly it depended on who was working|. She also told me that she "talked to the daycare i was at before and they had a whole bunch of complaints, note* I just said my son has never been in daycare before:.
Its amazing the type of people the government let run business's?.
Not only a business but this is not just a restaurant or a department store, this is a child care facility! If grown adults (the owner) act like that towards parents just imagine how they treat your children.! 384d8a8
