WEST COVINA formerly ballys.
As I walked in to do my usual routine, i was approached by the trainer, and was repeatedly asked what my exercise routine was. After politely refusing to do a training session with him, he kept at it. Saying things like "well what are you going to do?, do you know about this techinique and that technique, have you seen results? what is your goal?" While saying these things he was in my and getting very abrasive and pushy. After AGAIN denying his services he proceeds to say "alright then, Stay Fat!" and i said EXCUSE ME? so he said "well you're giving me attitude so stay fat"
I then reported him to his supervisor and they wrote him up. I still have to call corporate and explain to them the he has done to my self confidence, and how he humiliated me in front of other members. 311ae66

Stay positive and just continue to do your thing and workout accordingly to your desire. I understand how that experience can be upsetting. I had a similar experience with my LA fitness when a trainer approached me. Funny they can catch you off guard. Just look at it this way, they are sales people and if they are not meeting the quota then they will get aggressive. Is it fair, NO! Just be conscious of your surrounding. I do like working out at the gym because not only does it help de-stress but I do have some fitness goals I want to achieve so I look at the LA fitness Trainers or pro-sports trainers whatever and they, not one of them have the body or mind set to fitness I want to achieve. You are better going it alone or hiring an outside trainer to work out with you. Keep up the fitness Anonymous, its all good.
