LA Fitness closed the gym closest to our home and required my husband to use another gym many MILES away.LA Fitness WON'T allow by phone nor computer.

We had to either mail a registered letter or personally show up at the new gym. We called AHEAD of time make sure someone would be there to cancel 's membership!. "No problem", LA Fitness said".
When we arrived, there were BIG problems!

The large parking lot was PACKED! There was NO place to park;. Several cars were circling looking for spaces:. Some cars were parked illegally'.

There was even a sign stating where overflow cars could park! The parking lot was so crowded, busy, dark and dangerous with very narrow traffic lanes, I'm surprised we didn't go home with major damage to the car!
I sat idling in the car while my husband went in,. LA Fitness would NOT cancel his membership even though they said they would just 10 minutes before on the phone!.

We're back to mailing a letter to Irvine, CA..DON'T JOIN this nightmare! 315cc7d
