$100
So far in the last 24 hours I have dealt with this company I feel as if I was SCAMMED. First of all I was sold on the 1st video and made the 1st purchase which cost $47. After I made this purchase another video played, at this point I knew I was going to be in for a ride. I instantly knew this next video was going to be a second at selling me another product. So after this one played i hit the "NEXT" button and it instantly charged me without warning for $37. So I was like o.k no big deal I guess I can use it. Best part is after I do this A THIRD video plays and attempted to dupe me into a $97 purchase?.
Now after I made this purchase, I received no welcome email or anything/. I cant get into a website and download what I bought;. So I immediately looked for a "contact" page!. And the only thing you can do is email this company.. I also realized at this point WOW what did I get myself into;. Best part is this email address is an automated system".
I saw on this website that an affiliate of the company posted his email in response to a similar posting to mine?. So I shot him an email, and still no response. Also I replied to one of Kyle Leons emails.... And Nothing.
From this experience I am truly disgusted with this company and want my money back, but theres no way of getting in touch with someone. I would keep the program if I can get what i paid for but at this point its pathetic.
IMO stay away from this 2f72e72

I would really like to help you, but it
appears that your first request for a refund was after our
60 day policy. If you did try to get a refund for the product
within your 60 days please send me proof at alex@musclemealsinc.com so that I can get this resolved ASAP.

We have spoken via the support ticket you created as well as my personal email and via phone.
You have now provided proof that you statred your refund request before the 60 period was up, as it turns out, you were writing to a different company. With this evidence we have been able to approve your refund and you should have it within a couple of days

Please don't hesitate to contact me again.
Thanks,
Kelly S.P.

You contacted us when your order was over 90 days old, as explained our refund policy is 60 days from the date of purchase. There is 1 email in our database under your email address at it is after your order was over 90 days old.
Again, we have NEVER not issued a refund for anyone that has requested one within 60 days of purchase.
Sincerely,
Kelly S.P.

If you truly want to be seen as a legitimate business, then you should relax that rule, and refund people's money.
Please understand, the downside of not doing it is that the word of mouth will kill your business, going forward.
As a prospective buyer of your product, all I had to do was see these postings, to decide not to try your program. The possibility that I would not get a refund, even if within the 60 days of purchase, was one that I had to consider, especially given the high cost of this program, or product.
Check into Zappos, the online shoe sales site, and see how a successful online sales program works, and how truly pleased people are with their products. They allow a return for full refund at any time in the year - right, 365 days - after initial purchase. And, they pay shipping both ways!
No, I am not suggesting you do the same, as your product is ingestible, and will not survive that length of time. Also, that would be making it too easy for people to scam you. But think about how to make people know that you are a legitimate, caring business, and your sales will sky-rocket.
Just my humble opinion.
