Kohl's won't let you use your extra 20% off for kohls bucks.This is bad business, totally unfair.

I would never have bought anything from them had I known this is the way they do business. Also, I returned the item and most of the items I purchased with the Kohls Cash. They took the Kohls cash off of my return amount and would only give me store credit for the items I returned using kohls cash. Talk about a rip off, no more shopping there for me.

They think customers don't matter.

They will eventually go the way of Mervyns, out of Business!!! 2ff6513

Kohl's Cash is just a coupon. It's not real money, it's a free gift to the customer for shopping during a certain time. You can't take a percent off of a coupon, that doesn't make any sense.

What store anywhere gives you money back for coupons you used? I'd sure like to know because in this world they don't exist!

If I were you I would not go shopping. Kohl's cash is not real money and it looks like you buy with the Kohl's cash and return it to get some extra cash. If you need money go out and get a job.

ummm hello??? Kohls cash is a COUPON of course you are going to get the return back on merchandise credit they are not going to give you money back for something you didn't pay for in the first place.... you are not entitled to anything, its a FREE COUPON get over yourself
