Kohls - Kohls will charge other accounts without permission!

I called and made an over the phone payment using my checkbook. Put in all information necessary including routing numbers, etc. Come to find they charged a different account that belongs to my wife without notifying us!.
The account they charge is a checking and savings dual'. We keep no money in the checking but do in the savings because of the interest rates|.
The account i gave them was a different checking at a different bank, but they chose to use the other one that we have not used (especially with kohls) in over 3 yrs".
When i called customer service, they apologized and said we can not do anything/. I even offered if they would reimburse that account and pull from the correct account like they were instructed to do,. They refused and laughed!!!! Now we have overdraft charges because they did this:. At this point they laughed again and said we will not help you?.
Beware: Kohls pulls the payment from any account they chose even when they are told to take it from a certain bank. This is unacceptable. I have been using kohls for yrs and always used the account I gave them to pay my payment. Three yrs ago my wife used that other account to make ONE payment. And even though they had the right routing number, check number, they chose to pull from the other account that we did not permit.
And customer service will laugh at you even though they messed up. 30770c0
