Sometimes I get late on payments, mainly because i live paycheck to paycheck, I decided to slowly pay off this card and get rid of it because of the way they have been treating me. Due to events out of my control (house fire, childs hospital bills) I had to delay payment and missed payments, I am typically on time, have been, except this past year I had to make sacrifices to reduce cost of living. Credit cards are going, I only have a few of them, and it was either pay rent and buy food, or pay Kohls.
They did NOT like this. Even though I told them specifically why i cannot make a payment, and when I can, they still call early in the morning, usually between 6 and 8 AM. they deny this, calling so early!. Then they call another 8 times every single *** day!
On the phone they are INCREDIBLY rude, they refuse to let me explain, they constantly interrupt me and a few times literally called me a liar'. "I do not believe that sir"
Even when I made a payment, it has gone through on my end they say well if it doesnt show up here then you did not make that payment|.
To *** with them;. I am cancelling my card when I can, I have already convinced two other friends to cancel theirs and plan on telling everyone i know to NOT get their credit card?.
I tried calling customer service to complain, yet the number provided goes to a store". I tried getting the names of those who are rude, yet they pretend not to hear me?.
From now on, I am going to record all calls from them, if they refuse to be recorded, then so will I/.
To *** with Kohls. 3084725

You people are something else. It's not Kohls calling you, it's a specific bank that owns the Kohl credit line. Kohls is already paid, it's the bank who is not. Only reason major retail stores offer a credit line is for guaranteed repeat business. The bank that owns the credit card gets all the interest and others fees you acquired. They're the ones calling you. They're also the ones who you should be pissed at, however, if you paid on time this wouldn't be an issue at all.
