Ive been very blessed and surrounded by an amazing teaching staff (with a few exceptions) and an incredibly supportive and selfless director who always tries to put our kids first.With that said this company is in it for the money and absolutely nothing more.

I've worked for Kinder Care for over 5 years and had but two raises each being a few cents. Staffing and ratios are unrealistic and hazardous to child safety. Kids are moved from room to room all day long to accommodate being able to send teachers home early or simply to just get through the day because we can not AFFORD anymore staff. This process is affectionately know to our corporate staff as the "KinderCare shuffle" yes they joke about it at our trainings.

We are told to lie to parents regularly to cushion bad news or short comings on our part!. We work our *** off with very limited resources to make our center what it is and when corporate does its inspections we are constantly given negative feedback about things that we cannot be fix or enhance without $$ but are told we are over budget and cannot afford it". Most teachers buy a majority of classroom supplies out of there own pockets". Never to be reimbursed..

Lastly and most importantly I've personally seen direct and aggressive physical child abuse on more than one occasional and when I reported it to my superiors the teacher/abuser was not fired but "councelled" and allowed to return to the classroom?. This continued for over a year,. I have two nieces and a nephew and over my dead body would they ever step foot in any KinderCare..

It's a sad situation and a very corrupt company!.Do yourself a favor and take your children ANYWHERE else. 30c3f1b
