I purchased a 2013 Keystone Outback260FL. Form the very beginning the sales
people did not complete the needed prep that they said would be done prior to
pickup.
I had to bring the trailer back 3 different times before everything was fixed.This went for
over 3 months. I've been able to use it 1 time. I am very disappointed on how I was
treated and how and why did it ever leave the MFG plant in such bad shape.
No Quality control at all.
This my 4th trailer and I am not a very happy camper. I do like the trailer but do not
like the way I was treated as a cash customer. 3877737
