$1200
An elderly woman friend of mine ,back in the year 2010, purchased a set of diamond earrings costing around $1200.00.The sale was made at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester NH.In the month of December 2012,a problem had occurred to one of the settings.Randomly selecting a separate Jeweler for repair, the woman was told that the diamonds in both the broken setting and the setting still intact were fake.So the woman took the receipt of purchase she had kept in her files, and went back to Kay's Jewelers. She approach one of sales rep's on duty an presented the earrings to the rep only telling her to please verify authenticity of the diamonds!.
The rep/. returned to the elderly woman confirming what was already known,"THEY'RE FAKE",. the woman then responded with,"then we have a problem,I purchased the earrings here"".Long story short, the elderly woman (79 yrs old) does not believe that Kay's sells fake diamonds, but at the time of the purchase, when the saleswoman took the diamond earrings to the backroom to put them in a jewelery box:. they were switched:.A WORD OF WARNING TO ALL WHO PURCHASED DIAMONDS,AND HAVE NOT VERIFY THUR A NEUTRAL CERTIFIED JEWELER, THERE AUTHENTICITY, DO SO ASAP !!!!;.
The elderly woman was told that there was nothing Kay Jewelers could do to help her:.Resolve pending 3879324
