I just went into one of your stores for the first time and i never heard of not having American cheese on the menu!seriously!

you lost my business! there should be a choice of different cheeses. I am very picky with my hoagies but I do enjoy cheese on my hoagies. I can see you losing other customers not just me.

I will take my business elsewhere. I thought one of your employees was a bit cocky with me too which I didn't appreciate. I didn't say anything to her. she didn't act professional.

Who in their right mind would claim to like cheese but choose American over provolone, which is what the Jimmy John's in my area provide?
