On December 29 we waited outside in 20 degree weather for the 7:10 am mega bus from Albany to NYC to catch a plane.It's over two hours late and I'm on hold with customer service for the past 55 minutes.

No one has the decency to come by with an explanation or to put something on their website. Next train is sold out. Thanks mega bus. Last time I took the mega bus it arrived 2 1/2 late.

Never made it to JFK to pick up our daughter.
