yes my husband and i had bought a truck ,, from them kept payments up then we decided to purchase a car which we did ,, had to take back withing 3 days,, but finally fix it,, well my husband had lost his job the payments are caught up on car ,, but the truck is one day late they are threatening to reprocessed both,, which is not right the payments is on time. they are a fraud the people talk and speak badly to u when u are trying to explain something,, this place is a rip !! please stay away will be reporting them for sure!!@ 38af6b6

All you have to do is let them do a backoff ask them they did it for me if you dont want the car anymore they will do a backoff they would much rather do that they get the car back but you dont get a repossession ...if they repossess it they have to sell it at auction ...if they do a backoff they can resell it and give the mess you had to another unsuspecting person

You must have missed more than one day late payments for them to threaten repossession. And if the two vehicles are tied into the same note, they have the right to take both if you do not pay.

They have no grace period for payments... They do start calling you the day after it's due. If you pay date is a Saturday or Sunday.. better pay on Friday...

People have gotten spoiled on the grace periods, and taking advantage of them, that companies are getting away from it. There is no law that says a company has to offer a grace period. Your payment is due when the contract says it is due, not one day later.

More and more lenders are getting stricter with payments simply because the economy demands it.
