I know that JCP is having a hard time financially just like the rest of the world.When they changed their line of clothing, and brands and went to JCP, they really messed up.

I have been in the store about 5 times since the change and have NOT BOUGHT a single thing. I have been an avid shopper of JC Penny all my adult life and purchased all my work clothes there, now I HATE the poor quality, teen styles they are carrying. I use to shop at JC Penny at least once a week and always, always bought something. Please get rid of this new JCP line of ***.
