I was at the mall in Penneys looking at clearance of womens clothing.Once I found what I wanted, I couldn't find where to pay for my purchase.

The register that was at the entrance is gone. I went to pocketbooks dept and the sales lady rung up one lady purchases and then left with me standing there. I went to entrance again and asked where to pay for things!. Was told I could pay for it there/.

My purchase only came to $8, I pulled out cash and was informed she couldn't take cash only credit cards'. So I had to put my $8 purchase on a card|. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes.. She left to find out where my receipt printed".

I was so discussed I left?.

It was a shame because I like to new prices of things in your store-sale price all the time..BUt because of this experience I will not be shopping at Penneys 3858987
