I decided to take my child in to get her hair done for school because I have been going to Penneys for years. However I did not have an appointment this day.

So when I was taking back to the salon I was highly disturbed when I saw what they called a "hairstylist" in the back they wanted to cut my child's hair. My daughter was hysterical and will not even walk in to JCP anymore to even shop. I have to go in to Dillard's and she cried when we walk past your store. I mean this man doesn't even represent what JCP stands for or anything normal in what is human.

Did you even interview him, or just set up his chair??How disturbing! 3845abf

one more thing...u lost 200 dollars? on what? because its so friggin cheap to get ur hair done there and there is no possible way ur brat kid had 200 worth of service. :p

Your prissy little child is most certainly spoiled. Your complaint borders on the ridiculous. How dare you imply that a stylist appearance scared your child. Thatis one of the mopst idiotic things I have ever heard.!

Why would a small child need to have her hair done for school, and I am assuming she is a small child being she refuses to go into JCP anymore, and why was she hysterical? If this child was a teenager, and needed her hair done for a special occasion and is acting like you say, she must be extremely spoiled. As far as that goes, even with a small child this could be a case of being spoiled. I can't feature anything in any beauty salon making a kid hysterical. Most styling could hurt a little bit, in that hair could accidentally be pulled or something, but hysterical!!!
