The new "business model" is losing you customer after customer (including me). It's women; it's men; it's clothing; it's shoes. All of it's gone now.

I can't shop there any more (after doing so for decades). No more St!. John's Bay shoes or clothing/. The store is just not carrying the high quality merchandise it used to carry..
You are headed for a complete failure:. You are WAY off in your business model; will NOT "win over" the younger buyers and are losing the middle aged shoppers in droves/. It's appalling and it's ***/.
Get over yourselves and go back to the old model?. Add some brand name "style shops" IN ADDITION to the stuff you've always carried". Take a look at the comments in the blog link I included here!!!!!
