iYogi - Looking for refund

We had a 3 year service agreement, from 1/7/11 to 1/7/14.On 11/9/12 we no longer had this computer and so we requested to cancel this service.

They said refund would send it to us. When we started calling to check on this were told several different stories....first it was credited back to charge card, then it was sent in mail...and since we have never received it in any form all they can say their financial dept is checking this out.

I think they just tell us the same old story and think we will get tired calling them and just give up.This a bad customer service and bad way to do business 3094e3f
