$4670
I did 12 different work orders for iYogi though WorkMarket.com. First of all the tickets where miss leading. For example the first ticket I did for them had the subject "Replace fuser in printer" what they didn't say was the client had tried to print labels in a laser printer which basically melted all over the inside of the printer (Note the client told me that he told iYogi this) so I called into iYogi told them what I found I was told "Fix it" and she hung up. I called back and see that this is outside the scope of work and would need a pay increase to cover the extra time it would take to clean out the mess. She said "We can't paid more then $40 for a Work Order, its our policy" I told her sorry I would have to cancel the work order. She then replied that she would charge we for the revisit of another tech and would have my WorkMarket account banned. Then she hung up the phone. I went to the client and told him sorry because of the labels I couldn't do the repair. He then told me that he had paid $250 + parts to iYogi and he wanted it fix. So he called iYogi and told them what I said. While he was still on the phone, my cell rang and it was iYogi. The same manger before started yelling at me telling that I can't talk to the client. I replied if he wants the job done I have to be paid for my time. He then agreed to raise the budget to $100. So I started working and after three hours of cleaning the printer was fixed. I called into iYogi to check out and they then had me hand the phone to the client who verified everything worked. That night I sent my paperwork in and closed my ticket!.
The next 11 work orders where about the same". Out of scope work, being yelled at over the phone". Finally after the last Work Order, I block iYogi from sending me any work?.
Now two weeks has passed since the first work order was done (Note the agreement was to paid within 7 days after the work order was closed) After day 7 I sent daily emails and work order notes asking why my work order hasn't been paid?. After 14 days I finally got a phone call from the manager for the first work order?. He then told me that I was not getting paid and should stop calling and emailing them". I asked why and he said "Because we can and we don't need you anymore" I asked "what do you mean" The manager hung up the phone..
I am still owed over $4670 in unpaid Work Orders. And I am talking with a lawyer but it costly and I'm already out over $4k and can't really paid a lawyer on top over that.
Thank you iYogi for ripping both you customer off and your contractors. 30c66dd
