I too was switched over to them in some sneaky way and have used their service for the last three years. The service itself is halfway descent.
However, there are annoying and getting worse. They never stop trying sell you something, even a service that's part of what you already paid for. They call too using Window 7 as a come-on. What's especially annoying is when your service expires they will freeze your computer.
Just due to their business practices I would never recommend them to anyone. After reading the other comments This company is a downright fright! 312fc2c
