iYogi - $270 charge and no fix

My desktop printer had white streaks vertically on the page.I contacted iYogi.

I suggested to them that this normally indicated an empty toner cartridge, but I was not sure, and would like a confirmation on that. The tech assured Me the problem was with my computer software. After "controlling" my computer for an alleged fix, I was advised of a $170 charge plus $100 to send a tech to the house. No problems were found in the software or hardware by the tech except empty toner.

Issue was resolved when I simply replaced the toner cartridge from HP myself.This was a total scam with no benefit. 2fab26b
