Regarding our first complaint mentioned here:

We received a threat e-mail from their sales represantative:

"We noticed you have posted several negative comments against IPsmarx in some platforms, which are not based on a true fact. If you wish to continue working with IPsmarx, you must remove those posts.

As you know we started the business very transparent with you, we have set up calls with our engineering team, you were also provided with demos of our product prior to your order and afterwards you have decided to purchase. So you should remove those posts before proceeding to work with us again."

So in order to use what we paid for, we have to change our thoughts about them and remove our comments? Even if we are 100% wrong about IPSmarx (which we aren't) this is not the right approach to treat an unsatisfied customer.

World's biggest IT firms get valid or invalid complaints every day, but they never ask a person or a firm to simply remove their blogs/articles/comments. They never threat their customers with terminating their services. We think this is the reason why these firms are so big. IPSmarx still deals with little things like removing a customer's negative comment... Shame on you!
