Sorry, I was so heated allow me to correct my grammar and spellings. I'm a current customer and have had this machine installed in my vehicle for 4 months. I ordered my recalibration, and the unit arrived at the auto center 2/28/13 morning. I told them I would be there Monday morning to get it recalibrated they said OK see you then. Well, here I am on 3/2/13 and my unit will NOT allow me to start my vehicle,. I called intoxalock and they told me I should have been told that I had until 3/1/13 midnight to get it recalibrated!. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS AND NOW I'M STUCK IN DELAWARE WITH A VEHICLE THAT WILL NOT START! Their answer? Get it towed and have it recalibrated. Problem is, today is 3/2/13 SATUDAY and NO auto center is open until Monday 3/4/13. The other problem? I have to spend MORE MONEY to have it towed because of Intoxalock's screw up! Which will probably be $130 or more! This is NOT my only complaint either! I have had money problems with them, charging my debit card for extra money when I was NEVER told about it. Called and left a voicemail to a supervisor and NEVER received a call back. VERY BAD poor customer service and now I have to pay more money for their mistakes!
