i was in room 211 whe my room ended up being so flooded it was up to me anckles atleast 2 ft of water was inthe room .when i woke up to stepping in it then seeing that my computer was toldally covered in the flood .

randy took & saw that it was destroyed he wrote a damge rport for it ,well i have called everyday to have it replaced, they will not call me back or make any attempt to replace it.they keep telling me here to keep call corp office but i am so pissed and tied of doing this do to they don,t even try to make contact with me .that is messed up computers cost money never mind all i lost that was on it do to there carrless& cheap *** someone needs to call me about this its been almost a month now ! 384a325
