I am a known resident in the community of Harlem, and I love to support local businesses.I decided to leave Jackson Hewitt and give INSTANT REFUND TAX CENTER a chance to electronically file my taxes and I was highly upset.

Very unprofessional service, they're are hardly ever open, and it is very hard to get in contact with a service rep..

By the way I am still waiting refund from the previous year, I should not have to contact the IRS to figure out what is going on with my tax situation when I have trusted INSTANT REFUND TAX CENTER with my children and I's personal information!!I will not be returning there at all!!!!! 385887b

that post makes no sense because this is their first year in harlem so how did they screw your return from last year?

Don't go to any tax service that hypes 'tax refund', including JH.
