They inform you of charges after 30 days from your credit card. However, it is unfortunate they have been taking advantage by early billing. This happened to me with another company. They charged me for five months and I could not reach them to cancel. Finally I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Mater Card were aware of this company but they said they could do nothing. Never use your credit card on the Internet. As mentioned Instaflex truly has helped my both knees from great pain.
