IHOP - got tottally wrong order

we went into post oak on 01/07/2013 and ordered 4 breakfast combos to go ...when we got back to my uncles hosp room we had a tottally wrong order .....I tried calling the location back and noone would answer the phone we spent 32 dollars there and wound up getting nothing we ordered or an ....we had to get back to lewisville texas where we live to get back to work if you could send us a we can use down here wed appreciate uit ....Kenneth Riley 3600 waketon road flower mound texas 75028..we were tottally upsett and we need reimbursed for this loss 31598a0

You don't get refunds for food you have taken and eaten. You should have checked the meals before leaving the store. If a restaurant is busy, they don't answer the phone. I'm sure they weren't ignoring the phone just because they thought you would be calling.
