Humana cancelled my Gold Plus HMO on Jan.1 without notifying me.
I have medical problems and now can not afford my medications and I have no medical insurance. They should not be able to do that. When I called them, I got several people from on the phone and none of them knew how to investigate my problem and they did not know how to fix it. Each time I called I got a .
I was told that my was not being offered for 2013 .
Why was I not notified BEFORE Jan 1 to pick another plan ?Now I am in a fix and it is the fault of HUMANA 3146957
