I went in to have my 2010 taxes second look and file my 2012 taxes, they made me drop off my 2010 taxes for no and wanted to charge me $350 to file 2012!I filed turbo tax for 2012 instead!
But I went back a week later to pick up my 2010 taxes. I arrived at 8:30, there was only one person in the office, they open at 8, after I walked in 2 others walked in and they were helped before me without an ! I say for 2 hours to just pick up my 2010 taxes! I will never come to HR again, there is less than poor!
And $350 to file is a crime, a rip off!
By the way another person was to arrive at 9 am and by 10:30 she was still not at work!How is that acceptable?!?!? 3155970
