HR Block - H and R block didnt listen. holiday blues

I called to do the advance credit over the phone.I spoke with a person that could barely understand what i was saying!.

When he got to my , I explained to him that I worked two jobs this year but i dont have the last pay stub for one of the jobs". He talk over me, didnt listen, and just really had know comprehension skills:. Ofcourse i got denied due to him entering only one job?. My income didnt meet/.

I had plans for my mother this but now i have to cancel|. I contacted and in response they said that they completely understand but there was nothing they can do,.

Put it like this, Ive been a client for over 7 years,.Thanks for the heartache and headache 3141d1e

Wait how could you even start a return when you posted this on Dec 18? And how is this H&R fault? YOU tried to jump the gun with 2 weeks left in the year, a whole pay period AND only using pay stub which you say only had one. He did the right thing as both H&R and you could get in big trouble with the IRS.

Being approved for an emerald advance is like a major league pitcher who loses 20 games. The pitcher has to be good enough that they keep putting him in, but insufficient enough to not hold teams from scoring several runs. For an emerald advance u r in a situation where u probably can't get a credit card not because u don't pay bills, but because your income is low. Usually your income is low and u haven't paid bills. Just like 20 game losers, it's not normally the case to not get a credit card because income is low, it is usually u didn't pay bills.

It was not about saving money. This company has reputation for getting the most money back on your taxes. Being a franchise owner of H&R Block my goal is to make sure that im getting every credit, deduction, exemption possible. The whole point is to listen to what the customers are saying to where you know what to help them with. That is the whole reason why they sign a waiver stating that the info on your taxes came directly from you. Regardless if he would have put it in or not about 75% of the.people are not getting approve.
