I had a 1040NR-EZ form and they did a mistake in the line 11, they just had to sum up my state income taxes and they did a mistake here, so they were not able to sum 3 numbers. H&R Block not only had my taxes for to 2- 1/2 months to complete. When they finally finished April 30th and I went into to sign I realized that they had not done any of my entitled write offs.
