THE HOME DEPOT-Charging us late fees when we didn't receive any statements.

We have now closed our credit card account with The Home Depot...We received no statements via mail nor e-mails.We had no notice about the late fees until someone called from a credit dept.
We called customer service dept and explained we had no notice about our account. If we did, we would have reviewed it and paid what was owed. So the customer service told us to call their IT dept and review our on-line account information and re-set the settings..We again explain to Customer Service we had no knowledge about the late fees.
So customer service gave us a credit for one month late fees of $25.00 but not the rest. 38461de
