$3800
I took my time purchasing a couch and thought Thomasville was a brand that stands behind its product - not true. Not only is the sectional uneven, the cushions are of different sizes and thickness and do not hold up well.
I have no children and no pets - why would a couch less than 8 months old look so worn and very, very uncomfortable; certainly not the sectional I sat on at the showroom in Chicago. While Thomasville has replaced the cushions twice, since the first time all the cushions were mis-sized and have recently removed the couch to replace the "plastic" coils with metal, they refuse to take the "lemon" couch back and allow a replacement.
Moreover, the material smells. 38b4334
