Looks like you've got plenty of angry HD consumers without me adding my 2¢ - and it would be hard to find a retailer that everyone is happy with.I'm just angry that they've gone from a very easy and convenient return policy to treating their long-time customers like criminals.
No receipt means no refund from now on. I'd need to hire a secretary to keep track of my HD receipts.
I'm sure they'll process fewer returns with this new policy, but with fewer customers (like me) it may have a negative effect on their bottom line.I'll give Lowes a try. 388799b
