I paid for the water heater installation at HM,but the installer asked for additional U$A 79,and U$A 105 for a permit. The water heater I bought from HD was the same I wanted to discard, so the price charged by HD was correct; the permit was not necessary, since it was going to be installed by a licensed contractor. I complained to HM over the Internet, and I received a message that the HD manager would contact me about my complaint, but I am still waiting (it happened a few years ago, but I have not forgotten this issue). 3862131
